An elite level multisport coach and coordinator passionate about helping and guiding serious athletes to achieve their goals, with a history of success developing high performance and advanced level athletes on the world stage. Specializing in multisport, triathlon, modern pentathlon, running, cycling and ultra running, his coaching philosophy is built on measurable data, long-term athletic development, and fostering continuous growth.
With extensive experience managing national teams and sports academies, his expertise spans from building strong youth programs to directing elite athletes through peak international competition cycles, including the Tokyo and Paris Olympic Games.
Having been an athlete himself for over 15 years in modern pentathlon then 8 years as a triathlete and runner, he deeply understands what athletes feel at every level — and translates high-level training metrics into individualized daily targets inside the Shaban Team ecosystem.
