Training Camps
Modern Pentathlon Training Camps
A concentrated block of quality training away from daily distractions. Our camps combine high-value sessions, on-site technique correction, physiological testing and competition simulation for modern pentathlon athletes of every level.
What Is a Training Camp?
A short, intense period (typically 3 to 10 days) where volume, skill work and recovery are managed for you. You train, eat and rest on a schedule designed to produce a real fitness jump, then return home with corrected technique and a clear plan.
Modern Pentathlon Camp
Sport-specific blocks covering the full pentathlon demands:
- Fencing footwork, bouting and tactical work
- Swim speed and technique sets
- Laser-run: shooting accuracy under fatigue and run pacing
- Obstacle (OCR) skills and strength progressions
- Combined-event simulations against the clock
- Competition routine and mental preparation
How the Days Are Structured
Every camp day follows a clear rhythm so quality never drops:
- Morning key session (highest quality of the day)
- Midday skill, technique or shooting block
- Afternoon aerobic or second discipline session
- Daily briefing, video review and feedback
- Recovery: mobility, nutrition and sleep protocols
Testing & Assessment
Camps include field testing so training is based on your real numbers: threshold tests for run and swim, fencing hit-rate analysis, shooting accuracy tracking and movement screening. You leave with updated zones and a written report.
